Getting Here
By car
The nearest public car park is the Myer Centre. From there, it is a 350m walk to the entrance of the museum. People can also be dropped off at the front of the museum on William Street.
By ferry
We are a short walk from North Quay ferry terminal. Take the steps or lift onto William Street, and it’s a short walk from there to the museum.
By bus or train
The nearest bus terminal is in the Myer Centre. From there it is a short walk to the museum. The nearest railway station is South Brisbane on the opposite side of the river, with a ten-minute walk across Victoria Bridge, or Central Station, which is a 14-minute walk through the CBD.
By coach
Due to the nearby construction there is currently no coach parking on site. Small 20-seat buses can drop groups off outside the museum on William Street. We advise larger coaches to drop people off on George Street, from which it is a short walk through Queens Park to the museum.
